ORDER EXCHANGE

If you found your item is defect, doesn't fit, or etc and would like to make exchange. 
Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to exchange.

  • Kindly send a message to our facebook here to arrange the exchange
  • Exchanges are not available at our outlets

The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
Top up is required if the exchange item value is higher than the original item.

 

FIRST TIME EXCHANGE

For exchange size, customer doesn't required to pay for the shipment fee.
For exchange design, customer doesn't required to pay for the shipment fee.

SECOND TIME EXCHANGE

For exchange size, customer required to pay for the processing fee.

  • West Malaysia ( RM7 )
  • East Malaysia ( RM15 )

 Exchange design is not valid for thr second time.

THIRD TIME EXCHANGE

For exchange size, customer required to pay for the processing fee.

  • West Malaysia ( RM7 )
  • East Malaysia ( RM15 )

Exchange design is not valid for the third time.

The replacement items will be mailed to you once the exchange has been approved and processed.
All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
Please ensure returned items fulfil our Returns T&Cs.

Max-Tino is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

 

NOT REFUNDABLE / EXCHANGE

  • Items that has been worn, washed, and altered
  • After 3rd Exchange
  • Tags removed
  • Sale Merchandise 50% and above unless there is a manufacturing fault
  • Exceeds 7 days after parcel received [ for West Malaysia ] 
  • Exceeds 15 days after parcel received [ for East Malaysia ]
